A doula is a trained, non-medical support person who provides emotional, physical, and informational support during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. My role is to help clients feel informed, grounded, and supported throughout this transition.

Midwives and OBs provide medical care. A doula provides continuous non-medical support such as education, emotional guidance, advocacy, and partner support.

Yes. I support partners so they feel confident, involved, and equipped to support the mother/birthing person.

Ideally before second trimester, but inquiries are welcome at any stage. Postpartum services should be booked earlier to block off the time on my calendar. I typically book out 4-6 months out ever year! The earlier the better.

Overnight care allows parents to rest while I care for the baby, assist with feeding, and support healthy sleep rhythms.

A gentle approach to support a baby’s natural rhythms and gradually encourage longer sleep stretches and day/night differentiation.

We take a holistic approach as a team - focusing on Infant Sleep, Infant Feeding, Parental Mindset and Baby’s Development.

Foundations can begin from the first couple months of life. More structured coaching typically begins around 3–4 months.

At the moment, I accept Carrot, HSA/FSA, Kaiser, HealthNet, Partnership Health Plan, Santa Clara Family Health Plan, and United Healthcare. Other insurance plans not listed may offer direct reimbursement to the insured patient. A superbill can be provided upon request.
